Our time in the hospital was pretty pleasant. Ryan had some trouble breathing the first night so he was closely monitored by the nursery nurses. He was doing better by the next morning.
Doug and Amy came to visit and brought us yummy treats.
Katie came to meet Ryan too.
Ellie was very sweet when she visited. It was hard for me every time she left though. I missed her a lot.
We had beautiful flowers from my dad and from Joanie decorating our room.
Chris got Ryan a stuffed polar bear in honor of Ellie's name for him - Baby Polar Bear.

I want to remember how tiny he was when we first went home. He has been growing so fast since then.
He slept in a swaddle for the first week or so but after that he didn't like it.
