We drove from Springfield to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin for a little after-Christmas vacation.
On our first night, we reserved an igloo and had a s'mores party.
The resort had a great ski setup for kids. Chris took Ellie and Ryan out one at a time to learn while Emma and I stayed in the lodge with the other one.
Ryan was so excited to try skiing. He would say "wheee!" all the way down the hill.
We went out for a big dinner after all of that skiing.
The next day was too warm for skiing so we explored the town and then went to the water park.
On our last night, we visited the resort's gingerbread house competition display and then went on a trolley tour to see Christmas lights.
